Whitelabel: managing your clients and branding

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Whitelabel Multi-Client Management Branding

Whitelabel lets consultancies and partners run NetNada under their own brand while managing each client company as a separate organisation. The WhiteLabel Panel — found under White Label Admin in the sidebar — gives you oversight of every client organisation and every user across your entire portfolio.

In this article, you'll learn how to:

  • Understand what whitelabel offers and who can access it
  • Monitor and manage your client organisations
  • Manage users across all your clients
  • Set up and change your branding
  • Understand how whitelabel differs from the Advisor Panel
The WhiteLabel Panel requires White Label Admin access. If you can't see it in your sidebar, contact your organisation administrator or the NetNada team to have the permission granted.

Managing Your Client Organisations

Open White Label Admin > Clients to see every client organisation in your portfolio in one table. For each client you can see the industry, when the account was created, the last login, the last data upload, and a carbon inventory progress ring for each reporting period — so you can spot inactive or behind-schedule clients at a glance.

1

Review your portfolio

Scan the Carbon Inventory Progress and Last Data Upload columns to identify which clients need attention this reporting cycle.
2

Switch into a client

Click the three-dot menu on a client's row and select Switch to this Tenant. You land on that client's home page and can work in their account directly.
3

Return to your own organisation

While in a client's account, a banner reminds you that you're viewing another organisation as a whitelabel admin. Click Exit impersonation — return to my tenant to switch back.

New client organisations are created through the Advisor Panel's New Client option, which sets up the account and adds you as an admin automatically. If you don't have advisor access, contact the NetNada team to set up new clients.

Managing Users Across Clients

Open White Label Admin > Users to see every user across all your client organisations, with their email, phone, organisation, and carbon inventory progress. From each user's row menu you can jump into their organisation, or toggle their weekly reminder emails on or off with Enable weekly reminders / Disable weekly reminders.

To invite a new user to a client organisation, first switch into that client, then use the invite workflow under the Admin Panel — generate an invite link, choose how long it stays valid (24 hours, seven days, or 30 days), and send it to the person joining.

As a whitelabel admin, you can permanently delete a user from the platform via the Admin Panel's user permissions page. This removes them completely and cannot be undone — use Remove From Tenant instead if you only want to take them out of one organisation.

Branding

Whitelabel branding — your platform name, logo, and colour theme — is applied to your own web address, so your clients sign in to a platform that looks and feels like yours. Branding is configured by the NetNada team when your partnership is set up; there is currently no self-service branding editor, so contact us to establish or change your brand.

Separately, each business can upload its own logo under Admin > Business using the Upload Logo option (PNG, JPG, or SVG). This is the business's logo within the platform, not your partner-level branding.

Whitelabel vs the Advisor Panel

The Advisor Panel and the WhiteLabel Panel look similar but serve different roles:

Many partners hold both roles: the Advisor Panel for onboarding and linking clients, and the WhiteLabel Panel for portfolio-wide oversight under their own brand.

FAQ

Can my clients tell they're using NetNada?
Your clients sign in through your branded web address with your name, logo, and colours. The underlying platform functionality is the same NetNada product, delivered under your brand.
Can I work inside a client's account, or only view it?
You can work in it fully. Switch to this Tenant takes you into the client's account, where you can upload data, manage settings, and finalise reports on their behalf — the banner at the top reminds you whose account you're in.
How do I add a new client organisation?
Client creation happens through the Advisor Panel's New Client option, which creates the account and adds you as an admin. If you don't see the Advisor option in your sidebar, contact the NetNada team.
Can I change my branding myself?
Not currently — partner branding is configured by the NetNada team against your web address. Contact us with your logo and brand colours and we'll apply the change.
What are weekly reminders, and why would I turn them off for a user?
Weekly reminder emails nudge users about outstanding data tasks. You might disable them for a user who has finished their reporting period, or for a stakeholder who only needs occasional access.
Why do I see "Access Denied" on the WhiteLabel Panel?
Your account doesn't have White Label Admin permission. Contact your organisation administrator to request access, and check you're logged in to the correct account.
