Climate Compliance Analyzer Gap Analysis AASB S2

The Climate Compliance Analyzer is an automated tool that evaluates your sustainability reports against standards like AASB S2, identifying which requirements are met and where gaps exist.

How It Works

Document Analysis

Upload your PDF or Word document through drag-and-drop. The AI scans the content for material matching specific regulatory requirements.

Compliance Dashboard

After analysis, the tool displays:

  • Requirements Met โ€” count of satisfied requirements
  • Gaps Identified โ€” areas needing attention
  • Overall Compliance Percentage โ€” your total score
  • Performance across four pillars: Governance, Strategy, Risk, and Metrics & Targets

Requirements Breakdown

The Requirements tab offers granular review with status indicators โ€” green checkmarks for met requirements and red X's for gaps. You can filter by Status, Requirement, or Pillar and view page references.

Report Export

Download comprehensive compliance reports and submit them via email for team review.

Best Practices

Use the tool iteratively โ€” establish a baseline with your first draft, then re-run the analysis with updated versions to track improvement. Focus on your weakest pillars first.

Check the Files tab for version tracking to see how your compliance has improved over time.

Troubleshooting

Report shows 0% compliance
This typically happens with scanned PDFs that aren't machine-readable. Ensure your document contains selectable text, not just images of text.
Missing page numbers
When information comes from global policies or external references not in the uploaded document, page numbers won't be available.
AI misidentifications
The AI may occasionally flag content incorrectly. Review any flagged items manually and provide feedback to improve future scans.
Slow processing
Large documents (50+ pages) may take 3โ€“5 minutes to process. This is normal โ€” the AI is analysing every page against the full requirements set.
