FAQ
Can I upload data directly into a client's account?
Yes. Use Switch Tenant to enter a client's account, then upload data, complete tasks, or finalise reports as if you were logged in as that client.
How many clients can I manage from the Advisor Panel?
There is no limit. The panel is designed for firms managing portfolios of any size โ from a handful of clients to hundreds.
Can a client see that I accessed their account?
Yes. All actions taken within a client's account are logged in the audit trail, including who performed them and when.
How do I get Advisor access?
Advisor access requires a specific role assignment. Contact the NetNada team to set up your Advisor account and link your first clients.
