How do I get Advisor access?
Advisor access is granted by the NetNada team based on your role (consultant, accountant, auditor). Contact sales or support to request Advisor role assignment for your account. Once assigned, the Advisor Panel appears in your navigation.
Can clients see that I'm an Advisor on their account?
Yes. Transparency is important for trust. Clients can see connected advisors in their account settings. This visibility ensures clients know who has access to their data and can manage advisor relationships.
What can I do in a client account?
Advisors can upload data, review audit logs, verify calculations, prepare reports, and collaborate on deliverables. You work alongside the client team with appropriate permissions. You cannot delete client data or change core account settings.
How do clients grant me access?
Clients can generate invite codes from their Admin settings, which you enter in the Advisor Portal. Alternatively, you can send a link request that clients approve. For new clients, you can create their account directly through '+ New Client'.
Can I white-label NetNada for my clients?

How many clients can I manage?

Either party can disconnect the advisor relationship. The client retains all their data and can continue using NetNada independently. Your Advisor Portal simply no longer shows that client.
